CHM aims to ensure the reliable supply of our Occupational Health Services and Wellness Practices. To ensure this, CHM will:
Respect and comply with product quality, clinical, and operational guidelines established by Senior Management and Contract Staff. Ensure adherence to relevant specifications, meeting contractual obligations, and complying with regulatory requirements.
Devote attention to our customers by consistently meeting or exceeding their needs. Strive to understand and exceed customer expectations in the delivery of our services and products.
Achieve operational excellence through the continual development, implementation, and improvement of effective management systems. Integrate quality, environmental, health, and safety activities to ensure a holistic approach to our operations.
Seek relevant certification for our management systems, aligning with the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015 or other applicable standards. Regularly audit, control, and review management systems to ensure relevance and contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of the business.
Integrate quality objectives into business plans at all levels. Ensure that individual business units incorporate quality objectives to facilitate the realisation of this policy.
Hold employees accountable for maintaining the quality of work in their respective areas. Encourage employees to carry out their duties in accordance with this policy, fostering a culture of responsibility and excellence.
Prioritise and support the mental health of our employees. Establish and promote a positive workplace culture that values wellbeing.
Develop and maintain wellness centres to support the holistic health of our clients. Implement programs and initiatives that foster physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
